A new chapter in AI.
Founded in 2018, SG TechPundits Inc. began with technology consulting for Pennsylvania state agencies. Since 2025, we’ve been building healthcare AI products that address the daily challenges of U.S. dental practices.
Based in York, Pennsylvania, we combine hands-on AI architecture with an India-based engineering team. Our current focus is U.S. dentistry, with a longer-term ambition to adapt our healthcare solutions for hospitals in India.

Are the healthcare products available today?
The voice assistant is in closed beta with a small group of dentists ahead of a soft launch. The RAG patient assistant is in development. Contact us to discuss fit and availability for your practice.
Can you work with a business outside healthcare?
Yes. We offer AI architecture consulting, corporate website development, and RAG chatbot development for business websites. The dental products are our current healthcare focus.
How do you approach patient privacy?
Our healthcare designs prioritize limited data access, encryption, traceability, and human escalation. Privacy controls, vendor agreements, and deployment requirements are reviewed for each implementation before launch.
Does the patient chatbot book appointments?
The initial patient chatbot is designed to answer questions and direct visitors to the practice’s booking page or phone. Direct appointment scheduling is part of the separate voice assistant product.
